Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales personal to join our team in the Mechanical Service industry. As a sales person you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients where EFCO services/products are Applicable.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and customer leads.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio/offering.
- Provide expert knowledge to clients on product specifications and benefits.
Technical Expertise:
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on project requirements.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions when needed.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and advantages of company’s product portfolio/offering
- Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure sales agreements.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
- Provide regular sales reports to management when you are on a sales visit.
- Regularly updating and submiting your Sales Revenue Targets, Achievements, projections on a monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience of 1 – 2 year in Industrial sales, preferably in the Service and Manufacturing in Mechanical industries.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Need to be fit to travel all over India.
- Travel at least 15 days in every month is mandatory.
