Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales personal to join our team in the Mechanical Service industry. As a sales person you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients where EFCO services/products are Applicable.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and customer leads.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
  •  Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio/offering.
  •  Provide expert knowledge to clients on product specifications and benefits.
Technical Expertise:
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on project requirements.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions when needed.
Sales Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and advantages of company’s product portfolio/offering
  • Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
Quoting and Proposals:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure sales agreements.
Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management when you are on a sales visit.
  • Regularly updating and submiting your Sales Revenue Targets, Achievements, projections on a monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience of 1 – 2 year in Industrial sales, preferably in the Service and Manufacturing in Mechanical industries.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Need to be fit to travel all over India.
  • Travel at least 15 days in every month is mandatory.
