Lapping and Grinding machines for repairing valve sealing surfaces.
Grinding and lapping machine for use in the workshop for repairing sealing surfaces in gate valves, valves, safety valves, non-return valves, gate valve wedges, etc. These machines are characterized in particular by their stable and robust design as well as a compact and modular machine concept. A second rotary or tilting table can be retrofitted at any time. The lapping equipment is included as standard in the SM series machines.

By moving the turntable and superimposing the rotary movements (work spindle to turntable), an optimum sealing surface is created for safety valves.

The machine spindle of the SM-750 is equipped with an adjustable eccentric, which allows the machining of safety valves. Eccentric and grinding movement are driven separately. The SM-750 is available with either 1 or 2 tilting tables.
