EFCO India’s High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coating is a specialized spray process used in high-stakes industries—including Thermal Power, Petro-Chemical, and Oil & Gas—to protect critical components from extreme wear, corrosion, and high temperatures.

EFCO India, offers fine coating materials (often Tungsten Carbide or Chromium Carbide) at supersonic speeds towards a substrate, creating an exceptionally dense (9% porosity) and high-strength bond (>80 MPa).
